Essex County Vacation Packages

Our stay was a great experience and we didn't have any issues. The staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. The apartment was spacious and suit d out family well. The only thing I would recommend would be a few updates and repairs (out of date appliances, chipped/loose tiles) as well as more comfortable mattresses. The beds were not very comfortable, especially the pullout sofa bed. Even so, the stay was well worth the price and we will return.

This hotel has absolutely massive rooms by today's standards and shares all amenities with the much more expensive Williamsburg Inn and Williamsburg lodge. The tradeoffs are that you will not have a front desk and the furniture and finishes are much older. The reality, however, is that the tradeoffs are 100% worth it. The cost is half that of the Lodge and half to 1/4 of the cost of the Inn. You can still use the pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness facilities, concierge, ticket discounts, and everything else that comes with a stay at the fancier neighboring hotels. I would recommend the Griffin. No notes.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Pool area was clean and spacious.

Warm was a bit warm, pillows just okay, and we could hear the people in the room above us walking at each step

Wonderful experience once again. Indoor pool was ice cold due to a broken thermostat. Hopefully it will be fixed when we return.
